Artist's Statement
Only fragments of what is man-built become visible in  a sea of green.

Recent work represents an ongoing love affair with selected vistas: drawn and redrawn mature trees, tall hedges, overgrown fences, a gate into the hidden garden. Portraits, people behind leaves.

In the middle distance, the uppermost corner of a tall building, bits of symmetry within a grey and white triangle.

Way up high, a tree house.
